Automated Invoices - This is Ridiculous!
How is it possible that it's 2024 and Adobe (a HUGE technology-based company with lots of money) is STILL not able to email a monthly automated invoice to their customers? You can email automatically to let us know our subscription will be doubling in price with less than a month's notice, but you can't send an email automatically each month with the invoice attached? I don't see how this isn't a top priority to get figured out. It causes a huge inconvenience, especially to businesses that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each month and receive automated invoices from... well, EVERY SINGLE VENDOR except Adobe. Even Mom & Pop companies have it figured out. The fact that every community post has a snarky response saying "just log into your account and download it" is worthy of an eye roll into the next century. These commenters clearly have no idea how billing operations work for every single company except, apparently, Adobe. Do better, guys.
