"Real help from people BS"
It's outragous that paying customers should be promised "Real help from real people" and then be presented with a virtual assistant?
To speak with a real person you have to use trial and error to guess the correct question formulation to be able to reach someone.
This is not acceptable for a $60 per month ($720 per year) product.

It's also ridiculous that you have to sign up a new account for a new service in order to provide feedback on a product you're paying a lot of money for.
I am sure that many people don't give feedback and don't vote on other feedback because they don't want to sign up for yet another account.
Very poor customer service.
