Printing in greyscale doesnt work
Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. I reported this bug to Adobe months ago, but so far nothing has happened. This bug also only occurs in the Pro version, which is a pity as you pay a lot of money for the products. Both at work and at home, this problem occurs on all computers with different configurations. All computers have been updated, the Acrobat version is also up-to-date and the installation has already been repaired or the program reinstalled. This additional work step delays the work in the long run and is totally annoying in everyday life.

@KevinMistric thank you so much for your input. I found this solution aswell. No issues with the 32 bit version. Thank you anyways! :)

If 64 bit version, uninstall it then clean your PC with Adobe Cleaner and reinstall the 32 bit version. I had this issue for months and I couldn't get it to work through the properties as well but now it works correctly. Found out through another user, Adobe doesn't care about their customers.
