I would like to inform you about a bug/problem in the "Fill and Sign" function in Adobe Reader. I assume that the problem affects the entire product line. Every installation is likely to be affected, you can reproduce the problem yourself

The problem was identified in several versions of Abobe Reader, on 20+ computers, in different companies. Also in the free and PRO versions.

The following problems occur:

1.) Main problem: When entering a lot of text using the Fill&Sign function, Abobe Reader starts to lag extremely, and the use of the Fill and Sign function is no longer possible. Although the function is intended for filling in text fields in documents.

I suspect Adobe Reader saves all changes in the background so that you can undo them. The problem seems to be related to this and probably creates a side problem.

2.) Side problem: It is possible that Adobe is using 2GB, 5GB, 10GB, and more memory. With every click or change in the Fill&Sign text field, the RAM usage increases. If you work in the document for a long time or make a lot of changes, the RAM usage can slow down the computer.

The problem can be triggered by clicking in a text field very frequently in the "Fill and Sign" function.
