I wish to boost a prior related comment by KJJ as its own request:

"It's awesome that [bates stamping and changing the file name] now exists, but it's very clunky and not intuitive. I have 3 requests to make this better.
(1) Please build it into the menu option so users don't have to remember to add %BATESNUMBERKEY% each time;
(2) Please, please, please give us the ability to save it as a default so we don't have to set it every time ([like] how we can save bates numbering profiles);
(3) It would also be nice if the prefix was shown only once followed by the Bates number range instead of how you include the prefix twice (this is preferred: PREFIX 0001-0004, instead of this: PREFIX 0001-PREFIX 0004). Thank you!!"

We need this!
