The pin/text indicator in the upper left corner of annotations indicates associated text. To disable this feature, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Preferences dialog (Command + K on Mac, CTRL + K on Windows).
2. Navigate to the "Commenting" section.
3. Uncheck "Enable text indicators and tool-tips."
4. Click "OK."The pin/text indicator will then be removed.
