Bug - Screen hanging - not responding
My self and 3 other colleagues are experiencing a delay when viewing PDF documents. We are using Adobe Reader continuous release 24.004.20220 64bit.
The page opens initially then after a few seconds the screen hangs and displays as not responding. After a wait of 34/40 seconds it comes back on line.
I have updated all staff to the most recent version, this seemed to help, but the problem has arisen again.
