Making Adobe acrobat actually work would be a start!
I HAVE to use Adobe Acrobat as I frequently need to mark up pdf files for editing. I pay for the professional version. This is the most frustrating and useless software I have even encountered. It crashes numerous times, gets stuck in odd routines to "prepare files for editing"; this software is making me very unproductive purely because of its bugginess. Really odd 'feature' on comment markup when adding things in superscript, where it then places them in subscript (absolute shambles to mark things up for typesetters when the software does this!!). I've been gnashing my teeth for several years and today it has reached an epic proportion of utter uselessness and has taken me 2 hours to do something that should take 30 mins max. Please update your product so that it actually does the basics of pdf markup (highlight and comment on figure files is ALL I need to do - it's not complicated) - what am I paying for each month?!
