subscription
Dear Adobe/Product Team,
I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding your subscription model, particularly in the context of the Indian market. While your product is undeniably impressive and has generated considerable interest among professionals and tech enthusiasts in my network, the current pricing model is proving to be a significant barrier to adoption.
Many users in my circle- who are genuinely excited about the capabilities your platform offers- are hesitant to subscribe due to the relatively high costs, especially for features that are considered basic or essential. As a result, there's a growing shift towards freeware tools and open-source alternatives, not necessarily because they offer a better experience, but simply due to their affordability.
This presents a missed opportunity: with more regionally tailored pricing, Adobe could potentially tap into a much larger user base in India. A more accessible pricing tier-or even a "lite" plan with essential features-would likely encourage wider adoption, foster loyalty, and expand your footprint in a high-potential market.
I hope you will consider adjusting the subscription rates to better reflect local purchasing power and market expectations. Doing so could not only increase your reach but also reduce the traction that lower-cost alternatives are currently gaining.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to seeing how Adobe continues to evolve and hopefully makes its products more accessible across diverse markets like ours.
