1. Screen within a screen won't open Adobe Sign Manage

   Many times when I log in and go to the For Signature tab and try to get the Adobe Sign Manage screen to come up it opens the exact same screen within a screen over and over....Happens all the time sometimes to the point that I can't get to the correct screen to do my work

2. No es funcional su nueva versión

   Con el cambio de versión es lo más poco funcional que cada vez que firmas un documento o revisas algún documento. Tengas que volver a firmarte: cuando tienes el tiempo encima eso no funciona . La consola anterior de documentos era mucho mejor, dividido por secciones de tipo de documento. Como esta actualmente no se pueden visualizar todos, no funciona.

   I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

   I just want echosign. and what I am seeing on my screen is insanely confusing. If I did not purchase the correct program, I would appreciate it if you would cancel my membership and subscription and refund my card.

7. Poor UI management; page crashes due to "plugin issues" if I leave it for more than 5 minutes. Can't delete templates or erroneous docs.

   I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.

8. Allow users to organize and delete files

   FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.

   FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.

   PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

   Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?

   You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

9. Changes to Adobe Sign are terrible

   Where is the Manage tab for Adobe Sign????? Adobe removed functionality. I am trying to close on a deal and cannot manage docs!!! This totally sucks.

   You should see a toggle in the upper right corner of the interface, next to the filter, that says “Adobe Sign Manage”. Toggling that on, will display agreements in the traditional layout. Let us know if you don’t see that toggle or if that isn’t providing what you need.

12. Problem with Adobe Sign Manage

    I am having some problems with the new Adobe Sign interface. If I switch on “Adobe Sign Manage” in the “For Signature” tab, it all works fine – at least, it works until the session times out. A pop-up message appears saying my session has timed out and asks me to click OK to refresh the session. This is where things go wrong.

    The Adobe Sign Manage iframe gets blocked with a Chrome sad face page icon on a grey background. The console shows the following error and warning:

    Refused to frame 'https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src 'self' data: blob: dc-api.adobecontent.io *.echosign.com *.echocdn.com documents.adobe.com *.documents.adobe.com createpdf.acrobat.com/createpdf/api/ *.demdex.net l3.evidon.com www.google.com/recaptcha/ widget.uservoice.com".

    The resource https://documentcloud.adobe.com/dc-web-app-dropin/1.7.0_1.10.0/translations-en-GB.js was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

    A few minutes later, it springs back into action again and correctly loads the Adobe Sign Manage screen.

    I am using Chrome 69.0.3497.100 on Windows 10.

13. Usability of New UI Update

    Him the new interface is really confusing.
    - It's hard to find and manage my templates
    - It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
    - In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
    - It's not clear who the document was sent to

    Please don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

    Adobe makes DESIGN TOOLS. I expect more from you.

    If this isn't resolved soon, I will be converting to Docusign which is unfortunate since I use so many adobe products now.

15. HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL: The New Adobe Sign Interface

    I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Previously, I could literally press 2 buttons and it'd be on it's way. What used to take 15 seconds, now takes 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've inserted my template NUMEROUS times, yet every time I go to use it, it's not there and/or won't load and takes me to a blank screen (screenshot attached). I also can no longer easily see the names on documents as they appear in my logs. Everything is simply labeled as "signed agreement" and you have to literally click in and open each file one by one to see who each "signed agreement" belongs to. We can also no longer easily see cancelled or pending agreements...and all of this is just of highly disappointing quality, especially coming from Adobe. I'm almost in shock at how this software is performing, especially considering the types of users who typically utilize document signing software. Smh. hopefully you all are able to provide us with something way better soon.

16. I HATE THE UPDATE

    I absolutely DETEST and ABHOR the Adobesign update. It's incredibly NOT USER FRIENDLY. Please don't try and fix something that is not broken. Please give me back the old screen please. This layout is terrible and makes it more time consuming to file away the signatures. I hate it :(
