Your customer service is horrible.
Eliminate DUMB RULES (you can't use a previously used email address for an Adobe account).
My Adobe email account has been compromised, and I am closing it; why is this such a huge ordeal for Adobe?

The front page is annoying. I want to change it.
Also, stop saying "..., Mun" "..., Mun" - there's a way to address people properly, and cutting off people's names into bits isn't one of them. If you really must address me directly, "Mr. Choi" is fine; we're not on first name terms, and it's not professional of you. If you really want to dispense with formalities, then at least have the courtesy to use my full name. Whichever way you go, no more of this "Hi, Mun" ****, please.

I don't want AI access or icon in my subscription. How do I remove it without damaging the software? Also I don't want all my pdf's saved in distiller. I want to just regular adobe pdf.. So far I don't like the newest version

Customer service chat is horrible
I have contact adobe support multiple times today and after I finally get to chat with someone I ask my question and they leave the chat. This is unacceptable as this has happened 3x today.. If I were to do this with the company I work for I would be reprimanded

Please go back to the old interface
Go back to the previous user experience. The new one is terrible! You've moved all of the tools and menus around and this has deeply impacted productivity. Please change it back!

New Acrobat Layout
This new layout with Adobe Acrobat is really NOT great. I'm being polite. I've been using PDF since it first came out... way back in the days of distilling QuarkXpress postscript files. This latest layout sucks. I hate it.

Home screen is not user friendly or organized properly
I'm struggling to save documents from the home screen as there's no way to differentiate what document came from whom. I've included a screen grab. If I send the same document to multiple clients the only differentiating factor is the date. Is there another way to view them so I might be able to see the signers name or even at the very least their email? Thank you in advance.
