   So I allowed Adobe to spy on my activities, then deleted the app but it's still spying and I can't delete it. Nor can I uncheck the boxes that let you do that because I can't find it anywhere in my account. So glad you decided to be the ******** here.

3. Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now

   Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

   Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?

    Hello, I would like to unsubscribe from your service. It doesn't do what I thought it did. I understand is you bill me for this month, as I did attempt to use the tool, but please consider this notice (dated today, May 8,2019) that I am ending my subscription to your service. 12. READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME

    Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You have your ways and I have mine. Mine is to part ways with Adobe Sign. Please contact me regarding a pro-rated bill and whatever credits may be due to us.

13. nEW LAYOUT IS TERRIBLE

    I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

17. Name change

    I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

20. I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes

    For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!
