Please add a default view setting
I'd love if I could save the default view I want files to open in. I do lots of viewing of documents via this platform. Specifically I'd love if I could use the settings to have a default view of: "two-page view" and "zoom to page level." Instead - every time I open up documents I have to do lots of extra clicks to make this happen.

Your new version of Acrobat Pro is absolute JUNK! I now see that I will be charged $109 if I cancel my plan, I was not aware of this but rest assured, you may continue to get my $19.95 per month but I will NEVER use another plan of yours. So sorry this application has gone to the dogs!
You have destroyed my ability to convert PDF to Word. I have a premium plan at $54+ per month and as of today I am continually asked automatically by Adobe to sign up for another $19 per month for cloud options. I have no desire to have the option to the cloud and need to be able to use my account right now!
Guess I will have to cancel everything! So sad!

Cannot compress an original file with a different compression setting
Need to compress a file (original) with a different compression, but I get the error that my (original) file is already compressed. Changing the file name does not help. I could not download the earlier compressed file stuck on adobe's cloud, so I deleted it.--I still cannot compress the (original) file again like I need to.
