Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When I am typing up documents, Adobe Reader (which I have deleted,) interferes with Acrobat Pro and my wordings that I have typed in on the template document appear elsewhere in the same document.
    I have rung your company and they have been helpful. But it still happens, especially when I use the same document again.

  3. I need you help I still have an active subscription have signed out and back in again I however it is saying my subscription is not valid. this is very frustrating and its not easy to find out how I can get help!

  5. Adobe acrobat pro is uselees since i have to log in each time i want tio use the ****** app. and the password is too complicated for me to remember since i use the ****** software only to support otther adobe users with their adobe problems. I use 5 min each time to start the ******* app

  10. Help! My old laptop died. I was using Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard for Windows. I was happy with it. I have the original CD and serial number. Installed it on my new machine, but I can't activate it. Assistance please!

  15. The Adobe Acrobat / Sign site regularly attempts to reload its content automatically (without me hitting refresh), and becomes stuck in "loading" animation. This happens consistently after no interacting with the page for about 1 minute. When it is stuck, only refreshing the page can reload the contents.

    OS: Ubuntu 18.04
    Browser: Chrome 89.0.4389.82

  17. Document is taking FOREVER to load in a browser! I have an endless spinning wheel. You really need to make the documentcloud much faster... it's useless like this

  19. For a common person whose usage of documents is not very high, you should develop a home package with much less a cost.
    Your current annual fee of Rs. 1200 apprx is way high vis-à-vis usage and utility.
