Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I don't understand how the maker of PDF can create such amazingly awful conversions of PDF to Word. Stunningly bad. Horrible. Worthless. You should be ashamed.

  2. miserable support and it really is very frustrating. I've attempted to contact support several times who say we don't chat about this product when i say what am i to do its not working. look into community support well what the **** i've done that for 3 flipping days since you don't have support on weekends so now once again the transfer stopped the support chat. WTF!!! totally sucks.

  4. Your access app stinks. I can't sign in to it. I get the code over email, and then it switches to LastPass to pull my password, then it clears out whatever it was doing and I'm not logged in. Fix it.

  6. Make all of these programs run from the browser! You should be able to fully edit and work with PDFs with progressive web apps and not require to download an app.

  8. The file menu doesn't appear, I see only a wheel spinning animation after click and I have no way to manipulate with files in any way. Reloading the page doesn't do anything.

  9. Adobe has gone from one of my most trusted apps (when I could download to my computer) to THE MOST FRUSTRATING piece of technology I am forced to deal with in my business operations. The reason being is that I am paying for the subscription, but more times than not, I AM UNABLE TO ACTUALLY USE IT!!! Repeatedly, when I try to login, it tells me my subscription has expired and prompts me to PURCHASE A SERVICE I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR!!!!   17. On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).

    Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

  18. "Sometimes two files show the same name or title."
    Due to this issue I accidently deleted a important scan, which i did not have any backup.
    So, please fix this issue.
    Also, There should be a Trash Bin or Recycle Bin for deleted files, where they get auto deleted after 30 or 60 days.
