Feature suggestions
hello
as a user that is increasingly using the Acrobat product (and particularly Adobe cloud), I've started thinking about features that would make the product so much more useful than it already is:
- people read tons of PDFs, but these are often organized somehow, in my case by project. it would be very useful if notes, highlights can be structured more centrally, and aggregated by project. E.g. the 'top folder' (ultimate folder the user, top folder right underneath it). any highlights could potentially be 'labeled' so that these can be filtered and aggregated by topic.

Recovering docs that were hidden
Would like a way to recover hidden documents. Would also like a way to resend a document instead of cancelling it and resending it.

Fehler (14)
Hallo,
wenn ich Dokumente öffen wird mir immer der Fehler angezeigt: "Das Dokument konnte nicht gespeichert werden. Beim Lesen dieses Dokumentes ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (14)." Ich zweimal den Adobe Reader Pro installiert und das nervt langsam. Wieso passiert das?1 vote -

Jste podvodníci, že za předčasné zrušení plánu vyžadujete peníze jako storno poplatek. Vnucujete nabídky na celý rok a pak chcete další peníze. Tímhle by se měla zabývat obchodní inspekce! Vaše nabídky jsou netransparentní!

Too expensive for what I need
I don't keep Adobe because it is $20/mo and I only need it occasionally to fill out a PDF. If you were to offer something like $20 a year and a small fee for each use I would get on board with that. I only receive maybe three to six forms in that format that need to be filled out per year.

Zip file for every page
I am almost happy with this app. I do not like having to open a zip file for every page I download after converting.

Bad customer service
Really bad customer service, left the chat without notifying anything, waited for a reply for 5 min, and gives a reply and left the chat. the customer support agent name is Anushka.

non file and folder management
The File Management features are non existent, and there is no way to download all my files and folders at once, no way to copy or move whole folders to other cloud storage other than one file at a time ...

Violation of Privacy - cannot delete agreement
you have an agreement on file for me and I cannot delete it - it does not show in my list under my privacy section.
the fact that I have to go to privacy to delete my own agreement is already obtuse. when I view the agreement the signer is associated with gmchiarelli@gmail.com, but this email address does not find the agreement.
you are violating my privacy rights by not providing a method for me to delete this file.

Do not automatically unselect pdfs
Adobe scan ipad and acrobat online. Please when selecting multiple pdf items do not unselect them once an action has been carried out. i.e. I select multiple items to download and then want to delete them from Adobe cloud, but having downloaded they become automatically unselected and so I have to trawl through them all again to select and delete, which is unwieldy, frustrating (loading times) and prone to mistakes. Thanks

Some information on site doesn't show
It does not show the answers when I'm on chrome in a regular browser, but it does show if I go to an incognito browser. I turned off all of my extensions thinking that would potentially cause this, and it still didn't show after refreshing. I don't need it, but wanted to make sure someone knew :)

Popup Bad
The consistent popup that says "welcome to adobe" every time I open a PDF is incredibly annoying. Please make it stop. I'm begging.

I paid $169.13 on 10/13/22 for a yearly subscription. Why was I charged $25.91 on 1/22/23?

Download file limit sucks - not even imaginative
Not being able to download a directory due to number of files is painfull. Could you at least download the names and sha256sums for the files so I could at least consolidate two similar directories?

unfair collection of fees
Hello, I don't understand why I have to pay early termination fees. I don't want to continue the plan this year. Before the deadline you write that it is not possible, the day after the deadline again with a fee.
I do not agree with the deduction of the fee, I needed the product for work for 3 months, then I paid for the rest of the year unnecessarily.
If you charge me for a plan that I tried to quit half a year ago - I will inform the lawyer and the public about your unfair charging1 vote -
External Archive features need to be better
It seems odd that there is no external archiving feature for Google Drive or Teams. These are the two largest product suites for this type of application. I Do not want to purchase, yet another, subsciption. Please connect these two services. I am tired of individually downloading documents.

PDF to Word converter not working. Website problem, not file
Convert PDF to Word is not working. It worked once yesterday, then I have been trying again since, and nothing happens. When I click on the option for PDF to Word, either from the top option bar, or from below, the page dims and I see at the bottom a notification for "Waiting for Adobe". The text disappears quickly and the page remains dim and unchanged. Nothing changes or pops up. I tried refreshing, I tried again holding the Ctrl key to see if a window was being blocked. I turned off adblockers, but no progress.
