Very difficult to cancel trial plan
It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric

Adobe sucks
Google listing says free pdf editor yet as soon as I try to make an edit I need to subscribe. I will tell the original creator of this document to never send me a PDF ever again. It costs money for me to make the smallest of adjustments. Your product is a total waste of time!

Why do you make it so hard to cancel a subscription— where is the option?? this is exactly why I will never sign up again with Adobe.

Adobe PRO not uploading with all features
I have a new lap top & trying to upload software which I was successful with. However, all of the features of Adobe Pro are not loading. The 'edit PDF' feature is not loading.
This is the MAIN reason I subscribe and need help getting it to load.Please have someone contact me to assist in this.

Worse application I have ever seen!
This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICE
You are terrible people forcing me to pay an excessive feee if I want to cancel the product. This is just bad business practice. I was looking at the service to see if I needed it...I do not. I am not a big business but one person work. This is not needded for me. I can't believe I have to pay well over one hundered dollars for a service I would want to cancel. You guys are a RIP OFF and Awful.

Why have I been paying for this service for a year when I cancelled it? I see you have now started another year of subscription when I cancelled this already.

OneDrive connection unsat
Cannot download app. How do i get refund?
It is trying to force me to connect my OneDrive or use in Webversion. I do not want that. I just want the app on my machine.Error message attached. very frustrating.
If app install on desktop is not possible, please apply refund/cancellation.

Push new sales not help existing subscription
My laptop died, I got a new PC and I can see all information in my account about new products you'd like to sell me, but no information or links on how to download the product I actually subscribe to and need to install on my new device!!

you literally claim that you can rotate pdf's for free but then put it behind what is essentially a pay wall? I don't want to do your free trial and I don't want to give you my information. I just. Want. To. Rotate. My. PDF.

horrible false advertising
1 star, terrible. advertise for free pdf editor. i create an account, log in, and first click wants me to sign up and pay in order to edit the pdf.

Setting up the software should be clearer. I've registered for my student edition, but the steps provided are either incomplete or misleading.

Not a happy customer - how do you get by with not refunding money? after a customer cancels?
I was charged in December 2022 for year 2023. I did not even know I had the service. I want to cancel, which I did, yet you still kept my money and now you say I have a free account. I need a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. How do you get by with this? I will be sure to enlighten people of your ridiculous practice of cancelling the subscription with no refund. I read the rules...and cancelled my card. This is very unethical.

Higher Costs & Harder to Use
You have dramatically changed the Adobe Acrobat Pro GUI and end-user navigation in recent months! The change prevents me from doing standard activities that I have done for many years without interruption. Now I must stop and waste considerable time to add comments, edit fonts, and images. On top of that you have increased the monthly cost by 33%. You've convinced me to look for competing PDF offers.
