It's too difficult to use
Exporting a file is extremely difficult requiring multiple steps through the Adobe program, Microsoft Edge, and eventually finding the website where my account is located. Just found out I can't edit a PDF file? I only paid to export files. Do I pay, don't pay, what did I pay for, I have no idea. My next effort is finding where I cancel my subscription. If I purchase something I want it. I don't want to look for it or find out I'm not getting what I thought I was getting.

Non functional product
I cannot view my profile, I just get a blank page. I signed up for a free trial, and none of that seems to work. I still have "try for free" all over the place and I can't access any of the acrobat tools. Adobe is supposed to be top tier, and this feels like a half done college project. Your checkout screen works great though!

ich habe jetzt das pro abo abgeschlossen und trotzdem lässt er mich die funktionen nicht verwenden. nach gefühlten 100mal ein und ausloggen - fragt er immer noch nach dem Abo - ernsthaft?!?!?

Pro is unuseable
I can't even use the features I'm paying for. I got pro and yet it keeps telling me I have to upgrade. I'm pretty annoyed.

Disappointed
Very disappointed in my Adobe Acrobat experience. I purchased the PDF pack assuming I could create a pdf form. I am not able to without also purchasing the Pro pack. I've invested ANOTHER $70.00 a year in a software I cant use.

Account doesn't work
I just purchased the plan to convert PDF to Word. I see I have an account, you took my money, I see what my plan is and I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH IT.

Worst Customer Support I've Ever Experienced
Worst customer experience EVER!
Tried to subscribe to the trial because my access to my existing account was not working. Site signed me up for a new subscription and then that didn't work (every time I tried to use a function (in this case Combine Files) a pop-up appeared asking me to sign up for a new subscription.
Tried to get support via Chat and after many questions was finally sent to a Live Agent. I waited for 2 hours pinging them every 5-10 minutes w/ no response.
When I tried Chat support again this morning the system informed me…

Free Trial not allowing access
I started a free trial purchased from Google Play, and when I log in, it doesn't recognize that I have the upgraded version and still insists on me upgrading. It won't let me edit, etc. I am beyond frustrated because I need this upgrade NOW in order to work

Unable to obtain Acrobat Pro, and already have a active subscription.

If I remember correctly, the sign up page said "edit pdfs for free, no credit card required". I expected limited features for sure but being able to delete and add pages does not seem to me to scream "premium feature". Anyway it allowed me to do it until it just didn't and asked for a credit card. a bit dishonest if this is the way it's intended to work
