Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Please check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

    For the charges that occurred from your credit card, please get in touch with our billing team to get this checked. You may connect with the team via the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or may reach out via phone using the contact number provided for your region on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

  4. I needed adobe for one month, and was charged a large cancellation fee when I cancelled my plan. This is upsetting and a horrible way to attract future customers. Please fix your business model.

  6. I keep getting emails to pay for a plan I asked ages ago to be cancelled!!! Will you please CANCEL it, you can clearly see I do NOT use it as it corrupts some of files.

  9. I’ve just cancelled my account. I signed up for a $14.99 plan and suddenly you’re billing me $16.04. That’s not a big difference but I don’t like the lack of transparency and accountability on your part. If you have anything to say use my gmail account.

  10. Useless charges everywhere saying free trial. Felt like I am scammed coz you guys charge useless fee as cancellation fee which should be dropped. Improve on this because we should always be able to cancel any subscription free of cost. People definitely will feel that you are scammning.

  12. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  13. Trying to purchase and use your product is an unending nightmare! I have paid and opended difrrent acounts using the following emails to no avail. Linda@FoleyPeden.Com

I'm almost certain no one with decision making ability over at Adobe is going to care, but regardless, I'm just incredulous at the way you advertise a "Free PDF Editor", whcih comes up as the top result on a Google search as exactly that. It has a friendly upload button to upload your PDF to "start editing", so I do that, but oh suddenly no no, before I can continue I need to sign in or create an account. Ok, I say, that's really annoying, but I have an account, so I sign in. It takes me into the PDF…

  16. Your "Service" agents are useless. I have been trying to report since the 15th August that the automatic emailed invoice is incorrect. The conversion from USD on the invoice should be to ZAR for the Creative cloud, but it is being sent with GBP conversion. When I download the invoice from the website, it is correct, but your emailed invoice is wrong.

  17. I paid $120 for this piece of **** program that won't let me rotate my signature or rotate a page and then sign?? And I can't download the app to my desktop??

  18. Your ads say free pdf editor. This is a lie. If it is only free for 7 days then it is not free. I was going to buy your other programs, but not anymore. Trying to make customers pay for the small basics is pretty silly. I'll buy the big software programs from other people.

  20. your product is WAY too expensive. $350pa - wth! no way i'd pay $30pm for something i use infrequently. If you had a more reasonable amount i would definitely consider it, but i will stick with free options for now.
