For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The new layout/interface is awful. Nothing is where you can find it readily. It is not intuitive or user friendly. This has caused a loss in productivity, and has created big delays for work that needs to be done on a daily basis.
    Additionally, the function to be able to create an adobe cloud link for larger files, do not work reliably. I had to spend hours (literally) with IT trying to create an adobe cloud link with no success.

    We were able to generate adobe cloud links for larger files just the day before with no issue.

  2. Acrobat subscriptions are WAY too expensive. ILovePDF charges so much less money for the same features as Acrobat, with a few exceptions, and that is horrible. Please, lower the prices for Acrobat Pro permanently, because under no circumstances am I paying $30 a month for that. Heck, the Creative Cloud ALL Apps plan is RIDICULOUS. The All Apps plan should be at $30/month, not Acrobat Pro. These subscriptions are way too expensive, and is probably the reason why not very many people even use the PDF format in the way they do with Word.

  3. Hi, I just want to convert pdf's I received because the provider left me no other option (rather had . csv format).

    Why am I stuck now without the free converter but are pushed to some subscription ? WTF happened to the 'free converter' ?

    Blè. Better start hiring more programmers than lawyers, marketeers and psychologists to provide better ADDED VALUE people REALLY need.

    To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
    2. After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
    3. You will be successfully logged out of your account.

  6. 解決済のコメントの表示方法を
    「完了→非表示」にするのではなく、

    「完了→文字が灰色に(薄色)」や
    「完了→コメントに打ち消し線」など、
    他の閲覧者が完了済コメントの内容を確認しやすいようにしてほしい。

    既に完了した内容を非表示になっていたがために、同様のコメントを入力してしまうことが多いです。

    To view the resolved comments, please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Click on the "Filters" button located in the upper right section of the comments panel.
    2. The filters panel will appear; there, click the "Resolve" button, and then close the filters panel.
    3. All the resolved comments will now be visible in the comments panel.

  8. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP sending me product notifications. it is one thing to send me a product update being available, but the constant nonsense being spouted by Adobe cloud is not helpful, and distracting.

    Utterly pointless that sent me to a web page for editing a pdf. - WTH

    WHY!!!!????

  9. Well, I decided to quit the installation of Acrobat. …
    Reason: I … hate … to have to type in each **** character for a password. … My passwords are random and usually contain over 15 characters. … I despise the fact that I can not copy and paste from my Word file. … This is ********!!!

  12. I have never seen a website as ****** as adobe's. Somehow this website is slower than dell and more dysfunctional than HP while uglier than NVIDIA.

  14. absolutely a pain in the neck. Sticks all the time. Supposedly you can save files to the 'creative cloud' (why do you not have names that links to your products - is this an acrobat cloud in which case why don't you call it that) and anyway despite saving no files appear. Really a very annoying app. And the basic and the pro and the reader and the DC - how many version of this thing are there?

  16. Why can't I filter by "unresolved" in the shared review, only resolved. doesn't make sense, and why are the filter options different between all the different ways of looking at reviews? (Desktop app vs. shared online review vs. importing comments into InDesign).

  17. I am using a top of the line MacBook pro and have maximum Xfinity WiFi speed with extenders. This service is still unreasonably slow, and I would prefer to cancel except you lock me in after the 14 day trial period for a year? I will warn the world about you on all social media outlets!

  18. Why can't I filter out resolved comments in shared review? the only filter choice SHOWS all resolved when I'd rather do the opposite. I'd rather hide all the resolved comments (Like you can do in the desktop app)

    and why are the two so different? Adobe you've really gone downhill.

  20. I like to have the ability to replace an already shared document in the cloud. Now I need to send my clients a new link for every new version. This can become very chaotic where clients use older links, or share the wrong link to third parties.

    It would be nice to have only one link where you can toggle between versions.
