For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I would expect the search function on documentcloud.adobe.com to search in the content of the pdf-files. But it seems as if it does not. I have tried to copy OCR-text from a pdf saved in document cloud, pasted one of the words in the search fields and none files are identified.

    I would highly appreciate a search function actually searching the content of the files, not only the file names. This would also be great in the Adobe Scan app.

  2. Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

  3. I have always though of you people as being time rich. You have nothing to do all day, which is why you keep changing your software. I used to be able to find a link to a document on the cloud site, now some time rich Adobe employee has moved it.

  6. HATE THE UPDATED ADOBE. How can I find which folder a file is in?? I Have numerous folders an cannot figure out which folder a particular file is in anymore. Before, it used to have the "Properties" option when I would select a file and it would show the path to the specific folder. It does not have that option anymore.

  8. Previously, I was able to click on the box next to a document and see the path/folder that the document is currently in. Not only and I not able to do that anymore, which makes my job so difficult, the application is very user UN-friendly now. Please go back to how it used to be.

  12. How can I see when clients view the documents? I also can't see who I sent things to with this new format. I'd have to open each one to see.... doesn't make sense. I don't like the new format!

  19. An Insufferable UX.

    I have many scans made using adobe scan on mobile. I want to access an entire years worth on my pc in order of date taken.

    Here's the issue which I'm honestly flabbergasted exists:

    In Adobe Web browser I see my scans. I click on one to open it and extract the info i need. When I go BACK on browser, the scroll placement returns to the TOP. meaning i have to scroll down to where I was. This is extremely long and such a waste of time.
