Please bring back old design
the new Sign Agreements GUI is horrible. Please bring back the prior interface. (1) I cannot tell from the Sign Agreements screen whose agreements they are and there's no way to add that column; (2) I used to be able to download content of a signed form. Now when someone enters a lot of text in a text field, I cannot tell what the remaining texts are.

Also the advertisement of the new UI is taking 1/4 of viewport. Why don't you remove it. It's not like anyone will ever use it.

(1) Once a ticket is sent for signature the interface ends on "xxxxx has been successfully sent for signature." and the only option is to "Track Agreement". There needs to be another selection to "Send Another Agreement" from that confirmation page, otherwise you have to go to Document Cloud | Send For Signature. In my opinion, you should be able to send another without the additional step.
(2) I have an existing form with a date-picker. The "Send" errors on the date format mm-dd-yy. It forces you to use mm/dd/yy. This is a new error. -

One feature I'm still missing from the old design (but at least it is usable again, thank you!): In the old version you had a "send" link for a sending a new document for signature from the Dashboard, now you need to go Home -> Send for Signature and that loads the list of documents again. This is slow and pointless.

As of about an hour ago we have added the ability to go back to the Adobe Sign Manage page. Thank you all for the valuable feedback that was provided.

Mangesh please let us know when the previous UX design will be available!

One has to wonder on who this was tested? Someone who did not actually use Adobe Sign to sign documents?
Who would possibly think that it was acceptable to hide the identities of the recipients of "Shared Documents." That's fundamental information that is no longer available.
And no, the information is not there. I've got at least 30 executed documents that are no longer visible. -

We are working to allow switching back to the previous UX design. This will give you the opportunity to continue to use the existing familiar interface. We are taking all your feedback to improve the new user interface.

This is the worst update in every way..... BRING BACK THE OLD GUI

Apparently, seeing how people are losing their documents left and right, Adobe embarked on a journey to many lawsuits.

C.W., I wish I could access the old interface. It's not available on my account, even when I use the same URL for Adobe Sign as I used before. It defaults to the new interface.

I just signed into two different account and I'm getting two different navigation screens. One has a link for "Adobe Sign" and the other has "For Signature". Adobe Sign takes you to the OLD file management while the For Signature takes you to the new and improved front-end.

C.W., I am in COMPLETE agreement with you. I don't know who Adobe uses to make recommended changes to their app interfaces, but in my past experience, the users are never consulted. I was shocked to find out everything had been changed only when accessing the app to send a contract for signature. There was never any notification. I've lost all record of my previous contracts, many from 2018 alone. They are just GONE!!!!

@Yatin Batra: I don't any user would give a passing grade on the "improved" interface. It lacks some basic functionality. Before, documents were conveniently sorted depending on their status now everything is lumped together and you have to force a sort to arrange them. If a document had a note, it was visually indicated, now there is no visual to let you know a note exists. You have to purposefully open the document, click on Notes to see if anything is there. There is no indication in the list that a reminder has been submitted unless you checkbox the document and look in the right hand margin. You also knew who signed the document in a list type format.
Not everyone comes to a forum just to snoop around to see what's going on. Most come only if there's an issue. Was there a BETA site where real users were able to check functionality? I'm sure there are other things I'm missing, but I would think the above items are pretty basic to most users who deal with any volume of signed documents.

Aneta, I couldn't have expressed my feelings better. This is typical of Adobe. I use Dreamweaver on a constant basis and they are always messing with it by removing functions we use.

@Yatin Batra I don't think you appreciate all the feedback in this forum because if you did you'd do immediate rollback of this ****** change. I don't know where you got the idea from but you can now see that the change was not received well to say the least or you are just making stuff up.
"All the Adobe Sign functionality that you are used to is still available within this new unified user experience and all of your data is also still accessible from the new User experience" No it is not. I cannot search by e-mail addresses of people I sent to. I cannot send reminders and probably more I'm just so ****** off that I don't even want to navigate through this mess to see what else is missing. I just wish there was a button to move to DocuSign because clearly you are out of your mind and someone utterly incompetent is in charge.
"The journey that we have embarked on" is now more like being a *******, strapped down in a trunk of a car on a bumpy road with a monkey in the driver seat.

We appreciate all the feedback in this forum, it was through this forum that the idea to integrate our services was incubated and developed. And while we don’t always get it perfect out of the gate, we do appreciate the feedback and hope you will continue to help us improve our products and services.
With that said, this new release gave us the opportunity to step back and look at all the document related activities that our customers are performing - e-signing, reviewing and sharing documents. We have redesigned the new Document Cloud user interface to deliver a single web destination for managing all these document related activities. Moreover the same interface and experiences are also available from Adobe Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader Mobile to allow you to access your documents and activities from any screen.
All the Adobe Sign functionality that you are used to is still available within this new unified user experience and all of your data is also still accessible from the new User experience. We do acknowledge that any change is difficult but rest assured that the change was made with an eye towards providing more functionality to you for your document needs in the future and surfacing more of your document activities front-and-center in the UI, capabilities that you already have access to.
Once again we appreciate all the feedback and hope that your will join us in this journey that we have embarked on to provide you with the next generation experiences around documents. Please refer the following link to get further details on how to manage and track your documents in the Document Cloud web application: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html

Hi Lana,
With this new release, we had the opportunity to rethink the way Acrobat users track and manage the critical documents they have shared with others for e-signature, reviewing and viewing. We have redesigned the all new Adobe Acrobat DC (part of Adobe Document Cloud) with a consistent and integrated experience across Acrobat DC desktop, Acrobat Reader mobile app and the all-new Adobe Document Cloud web app to help users stay on top of critical work and take action from anywhere.
Central to this, is the new Home View which acts as a central hub for all PDF activity, providing a single view into status updates on incoming and outgoing document tasks that have been shared for viewing, reviewing or e-signature. This integrated approach provides better visibility into documents requiring your attention with a list of documents you need to view, review, or sign along with detailed information about the task. Users are also notified when someone requests or takes action on any document shared with you or by you.
And as part of the integrated approach, we have new search capabilities that deliver search results that include the PDFs stored in Document Cloud, as well as documents Acrobat users have sent for review, viewing or for e-signature. As part of the move to an integrated view of search results, we’ve updated the way Acrobat users view the documents that have been sent for e-signature, previously referred to as the manage page. We’ve retained the same functionality of the send for signature manage page, but redesigned the experience to give users the ability to easily filter agreements by status and run searches based on the name or email address of the recipient of the document. Please refer the following link to get further details on how to manage and track your documents in the Document Cloud web application: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html
