Let the app stay on up to 10 minutes

I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity

    Just wanted to clarify the issue you're running in to. Are you experiencing this timeout with the mobile application or the web application?
