Guys! I'm not here to troll. I like PDF. I'm trying to use it. But you have inundated me with too much info. Simplify!
Make it simpler. Please. You have wonderful products. Dealing with what you have here is like going to Macy's for a specific shoe or dress, and having some charming sales person drag you all around the enormous complex, introducing you to everything the store offers - until all I want to do is get out and fill out documents with a pen.

Terrible
Just downloaded the app. This is exactly the same as the web version. Literally the exact same. you even have a link to “get the app“ IN the ******* app. The login is just as onerous as the web version and the navigation is awful.

The Acrobat Web app https://documentcloud.adobe.com in mobile browser redirects you to download the Adobe Sign mobile app in certain flow. We will look into improving the experience.
In the meantime, you can use Request Signatures within Acrobat Web on tablet or desktop browser.

Use text instead of icons for "people" column
The "People" column in the agreements and shared tabs isn't useful. Please show people's names, not icons. None of the people I share documents with have photos associated with their accounts so I have no idea who the "people" are.

File creation timestamp
The browser app is a little clunkly and slow. I would appreciate a 'created' time alongside the last 'opened' time. I find it beneficial to keep documents in created order, and it becomes frustrating to lose that order if I need to open an older file.

Wrong language
there is a bug with the webpage: it changed to German -a language I do not understand- and I cannot figure out how to go back to English.

Online application is Very slow
This tool is agonizingly slow, when using from Computer or laptop... Downloading documents from Document cloud is so slow. it takes lots of time to load the UI and list of documents... and one has to wait after clicking on the three dots for options to appear.

Abusive cancellation fee
I will never use adobe products again. charging at $30 cancellation tree when signing up for a free trial is completely unacceptable. I will be sure to recommend to anyone that ask not to use your products,
