I Hate the New Adobe Sign Layout
While I appreciate the more streamlined and universal experience of the the new Document Cloud interface I am extremely disappointed in the loss of the Signature Management page. I can not find the documents I sent out for signature before July 8 and it seems as though I've lost some of the sharing and reminding tools I previously had access too. I am paying for this specifically for adobe sign capabilities and I hope you bring back some version of a signature management dashboard like you had before.

SO MUCH HARDER TO MANAGE DOCUMENTS!
The old design allowed me to easily track the stages of my worfklow. If I needed to see how many people still had a document out for signature, easy! If I wanted a list of all those who had completed signatures for their documents, a piece of cake -- the list is right there! I can even send them a reminder! If I needed to go back and view a specific customer's information from their completed form, easy -- I can just find their name, click on their files, and bam -- their information was at my fingertips.

Old view was better!
The new redesign is much LESS informative and useful than the old one.
In the old version, I could see a list of recipients for each stage of my workflow: completed contracts (i.e., a list of everyone who signed and completed); contracts out for signature; etc.
That entire section is gone! You guys jacked up my whole workflow! Unless I'm missing something???

New Interface is Awful
the older version was much easier to navigate, the new Adobe Sign shows documents but not recipients of who they are sent to which is annoying when sending the same document to multiple customers, we now have to click on each document to see who it was sent to whereas previously it was shown right next to it.

New Adobe is inefficient
Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.

Your new interface is not useful at all
It has become very trying to use your new interface for adobe sign.
The document that should be saved as templates to be completed in the future do not display the option of editing. There is also no option to delete documents that are not longer required.
This new interface has slowed down my pace of work and it is considerably affecting my ability to use the tool.
I will expect this to be fixed over the next couple of days or I would better chose an alternative that is designed for productivity and not to make me waste my…

I do not like this new update ...AT ALL
I need to be able to see who I've sent a document to without opening the document. I send the same document to several people daily and must keep track of who has signed and who hasn't. The ability to see this information was one of the reasons that I chose to continue with Adobe Sign after the trial period. This new platform sucks and has added hours to my workday and makes running my business difficult. Please add the ability to see who has and has not signed without opening several documents

Update is Awful
I can't see who I sent all these agreements to without clicking on individually. This is such a dissappointment and will force me to find another solution. I used to be able to see visually what I sent and who. My documents in many cases say the same thing, so this makes this way incredibly hard.

not happy, jan!
where are all the files i had in my account? how do i find the signed ones if they all have the same name and not that of the recipient? wtf did you do to the interface to make it such a load of ****!!! i am in the middle of sending out and receiving a large amount of contracts and i log in to find it has all changed and is useless. when will this be fixed? ( i rang your helpline to be told 'sorry' but no explanation or help!

Adobesign interface is disorganized and not user-friendly
This new interface is AWFUL. Here are a few things that are missing:
- easy access to my templates
- easy access to my unsigned agreements
- no dashboard view/information of the signer (if all my agreements have similar names - I don't know which any of them belong to)
- easy view of all signed agreementsYou've designed this to look like dropbox... which makes no sense. We need to be able to access legal information on here. SORTING everything by date makes no sense at all.

Reminder function/button missing
The reminder button/function seems to be missing from my new interface. I reviewed the user guide on Adobe's site and saw where it should be, I just don't see it among my options. Can you help? I use it often.

cannot re-send files for signature from cloud
The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.1 vote -
Cannont delete drafts or view older Sign Templates
I can no longer delete a document that was meant to be sent for signature but is still in draft mode that I now need to cancel. The only options in the side panel are "Notes" and "Download Audit Report". There is no "Cancel" option.
I have also lost the ability to edit my document templates that are older than 30 days. They just don't appear when I go to the "Sign Templates" page. Where are they? How can I get them back?

Once again you change things without asking.
How can you improve the experience? Maybe stop breaking things and give some, or may be any warning whatsoever that you're going to completely drop applications from your service.
Yesterday I login to Adobe sign and it was the classic environment that was GASP useful and GASP had information relative to the task at hand... today I login to adobe sign and it' barely a glorified jump drive.
Where was the warning? Where's my documents older than 30 days? Where's any semblance that you people care one iota about your customers?

New Deisgn is Difficult
This new version is very difficult to navigate. You have to click for signature, and then filter by status just to see the documents you are awaiting signature from. Very poor design. Also, how do you remind people that they need to sign something, use to be so easy. Not happy with this new version at all.

Issue with AdobeSign
When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

Sign then send option was nice and an efficient option
With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:
- Start Fill & Sign with desired document
- On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
- After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
