way more time consuming and incorrect than Docusign
We will be leaving for Docusign most likely. The reason is your software has become unreliable and is embarrassing a shell having to send a document multiple times for s-signature because your system incorrectly puts the wrong names in fields. Moreover, making any changes are ridiculously complex and the entire process is way too time consuming. I have had enough of this nonsense. I am sure I am not the first to say this. You better fix it or prepare for a Docusign monopoly.

Change the "Sign in order" Vs "Sign in any order" toggle setting after sending
Allow changing of the setting "Sign in any order" after the document has been sent
The default is to force signatories to only receive the document in order however I need it to be in any order. If I forget I can;t change it but it seems like it would be an easy fix when I log in to my account to change that setting for the document out for signature??
Please!!

Update is less efficient
When requesting e0signatures, we were previously able to add on a template before editing the pdf. That option is no longer here. Can you bring it back? With the current options I'll have to combine the files, organize the pages then request signatures which wastes time. This update is less efficient.

esig
Your e-signature options are absolutely terrible! I just e-signed something and it just shows my name, no date/time stamp. I'm using Docusign instead. Your system is not intuitive and it's terrible.

Issue after issue
Adobe E-sign is so bad guys.
Documents re-arrange themselves in the wrong order and when you try re-order the page goes to re-load and then it just doesn't load at all. When refreshing it goes back to the same issue.
The date format constant changes.
There is an issue when adding the first signers email address.
If you click on one template, it adds another. It is really bad.

Adobe Sign Desktop Workflow
The recent change in Adobe Sign's desktop workflow, where documents are automatically sent to recipients before the form filler completes their part, is problematic. Even with Signing Order enabled, documents are being sent prematurely, causing incomplete or blank fields to be visible to the signer.
This is a major disruption for critical workflows, especially when the document needs to be fully completed by the form filler before being sent to others. The signing order should be respected, and documents should only be sent once all fields are filled, ensuring accuracy and security.
Please restore the ability to complete form-filler fields…

AdobeSign bugs
Hello!
A few bugs to report.
1) I had a certified document, with signing permissions ON, and it AdobeSign didn't let me collect a signature.2) I prefilled a document before sending it to the client. On my end it got stuck before I could officially prefill (loading wheel stuck) and I didn't move forward. It skipped that step and was sent directly to the client. I was informed by the client.
Please fix these bugs ASAP - thank you!

See Signed vs Outstanding or Filter by Out for Signature
When I view the list of Agreements, why doesn't it include a column for "Out for Signature" vs "Completed" ? Right now, I have to click into the Agreement, which often takes a while to load, before I can see whether the agreement is complete or not. It would be great to have a "bird's eye view" especially because the "Sharing" and "Size" columns don't appear to ever have any information. So, there are two columns that don't provide any information and yet there is highly valuable information that isn't being displayed. There also isn't a way to filter on…

Allow addition of CC: after doc is sent for signatures
Add a new feature: Allow addition of CC: after the doc has been sent. Rather than Sharing a doc, allow adding a CC: to the doc after it's been sent so if that is forgotten in the initial set up or comes up after the doc has been sent, one can add a CC: DocuSign allows this.

No way to delegate signature in desktop app
There is no way to delegate signature from one person to another in the Adobe app for Microsoft on my PC. I have to log in online to do so. For agreements that I have originated, if later decide one or more signatories should be swapped out.

Allow signature delegation to originator
In send agreement for signature tool, please allow originator to delegate to self. If it is not compliant for the originator to sign in place of original recipient, that is not your responsibility to enforce. In my process, I am qualified to sign for this individual, and now I have to cancel and reroute to every signatory because one colleague is out of office this week. I am just going to re-route with myself in that place anyway.

Pop up option to rename document at time of sending
It would be really nice to have an option to rename the document after selecting prefill or send option.
The previous version had a pop up allowing a passcode and to rename the document before finalizing.
It would be nice to see a return of the popup for renaming the document before sending. I have accidentally sent more than a few documents with the name "binder" or "binder -agreement".Thank you for you consideration.

Amend document sent for signing
This product is incredible but you really need to add a way to amend email addresses once a document has been sent for signing. It is incredibly inefficient and frustrating having to delete an entire document, re-create it and send it again just for a change of email address!

FIX eSignature back to the easy way before
I use eSignature to send out engagement letters to my clients. It used to be simple, easy & straightforward to set it up so the client signs first, then it comes back to me. Now, it is near-impossible to figure out how to get it to go to my client first! Even when I toggle ON to sign in order, it REQUIRES ME TO SIGN FIRST. Can you make it simple, easy & straightforward again?
1 voteHello Trifany,
Thanks for sharing this feedback — we know how important it is for the signing order to be simple and reliable.
Please verify that none of the fields in your document are marked as Email (Prefill). When a field is set to Prefill, Acrobat requires you to complete those fields before sending, which can make it appear as though you have to sign first.
To ensure the document goes to your client first, the fields should be assigned to Email (Myself) instead of Prefill. Once those fields are correctly assigned, the signing order should behave as expected and your client will receive the document first.
If you're still running into issues, feel free to share more details and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot!
Thanks,

Multiple documents in a binder
I am struggling to add more than one document to binder documents. This is a new wrinkle. When onboarding independent contractors and employees there are numerous documents necessary to complete.
