For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    There is no Signout option once you have logged in to an account. I need to be able to switch easily. This seems like a very poor oversight

  6. Misleading

    On the link for Adobe Acrobat Standard DC it says " Get the complete PDF solution on any device. Then when I click download it says Not available for this platform as I am on Mac. Was this intentional because it is very misleading.

  8. web browser adobe not working

    the acrobat adobe site on my chrome browswer on laptop no longer works, how do i fix this? please help. its blank. i have cleared cache twice, doesnt help

  9. deceptive marketing practices

    I signed up on the Trial plan and cancelled within 7 days. But now you hit me with a monthly fee or an early cancellation fee of over $100 so I changed the account to the Standard account for 12.95/mo. I feel totally screwed by you. This is very deceptive marketing.

  10. Phishing report

    What is an email that I can forward a fake email to? It is pretending to be Adobe and is very well done so I'm sure it is something you should see. I almost paid a fake invoice from this email

    Es wäre schön, man würde bei Problemen tatsächlich Hilfe bekommen und nicht nur auf mega nervigen Seiten hin und hergeschickt werden.

    Mies. Ich brauchte ein Programm um % Dateien umzuwandeln, 2 haben geklappt. jetzt soll ich ein Abo dafür abschließen. Da ich wahrscheinlich dieses Programm nicht weiter benötige, ich es für mich nicht sinnvoll ein Abo abzuschließen.
    Wie kann ich diesen Account löschen? Ich benötige ihn nicht. Danke
