Could anyone please upload a video link showing the issue? Meanwhile we are trying to ascertain the scenarios where it does not work.

Hi All,
We have provided a registry protected fix, some users confirmed that this worked for them.
Could you please try this at your end as well and let us know your feedback?
Kindly make sure you are on the latest DC build(20.012.20043) and then follow the steps from the attached word file: “Steps.docx”.Regards,
ArvindAn error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedAh! The age of the installation makes sense! The only time my comments pane was snappy was when I was recording an Acrobat course at Lynda. The comments pane opened instantaneously! I thought it was perhaps because of their crazy fast computer. But now that I think bout it, that Acrobat installation was probably done just a couple of days before I used it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedEach time I click on the Comments list, Action wizard, or any other tool, it takes 3-5 seconds to load. I am also on Mac OS. Loading the Comments pane took 4 seconds, and I only had four comments.

Please feel free to log another ticket in case you face the issue again.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedHere is a workaround: export the comments as an FDF file, then close the PDF without saving and then import the comment file you just saved.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedYou can customize your quick tools. This will let you have your editing tools and your commenting tools in the Quick Tools pane so you don't have to constantly switch between the major tools.

Hi,
You can always check the recent files you opened, but as designed after system restart Acrobat will not open those files for you by itself.
Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedI've seen so many complaints about the Toolbar and how confusing it is, that I made a video explaining it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpG3kDvmTJ4
The left have of the toolbar is called "Toolbar." The right 1/2 of the toolbar is called "Quick Tools." So confusing!
An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedI agree completely! There also needs to be a way to save customize Quick Tools settings. If I rest the toolbars, I then have to manually set up quick tools again when I want to go back to a certain arrangement. They should work like workspaces.

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble that you are facing here.
you can easily use the edit app from the Right hand Panel Menu, Tools center and even on Searching for “edit” in the Tools search in RHP when any doc is launched.Let me know if you see any confusion here ?

Hello Wayne
You can just add the more frequently tools to the Quick Tools on top. Alternately you can just search for the tool you need in the Search box in Right Hand Panel.
Please let us know if this helps.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kelly Vaughn commentedYou can do continuous highlighting by pressing the little push pin icon in the tool bar. That is the "Keep Tool Selected" tool.
This is possible. Go the Preferences > General > and Uncheck "Open document as new tabs in same window."
