Documents that are to be sent for signature sometimes cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct.
Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.I hope someone can help us.

Password Protect new interface
Add ability to" Password Protect" in the new interface on the web while sending a document for esignature. Or allow us to go back to the old experience, same as we can in Desktop. It's 7/17/25 today, and I last used this feature 5/20/25. Extremely frustrated that a feature I used for years can just disappear overnight.

Automatic Achievement of PAdES B-LT Signature Level
When creating local qualified signatures in Adobe Acrobat, the PAdES B-LT signature level is currently not achieved automatically. In our case, the certificate is stored on a USB token. Additionally, we use a qualified timestamp, and the signature format is set to "CAdES". A qualified signature created in Acrobat only achieves the signature level PAdES B-T by default.

The "x" for deleting "fill and sign yourself" signatures and initials does not work
This is a bug.
The X needs to be clicked over and over again before it clears the previous signature. Some time the previous signature comes back even after changing it.

Adobe Sign - Edit the CC list when the agreement is still in draft
It is impossible now to edit the CC list once the agreement is in draft form. Once we save it as a draft, the CC list is locked. We can only cancel the agreement and redo it.

Dark theme makes the advanced search keyword field text invisible (white font on white background) ! It has been like this since the dark theme was introduced. How come has this bug never been detected and fixed ?

Does United have a friends and family discount?

Disable signatures tab that opens every.single.time I open a new PDF
New in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (2025), every single time I open a new PDF, the signatures tab opens on the left and blocks a third of the file view. Sure, I can go close it. But, every.single.time! Why was that chosen as a default? Every single file, even those that don't have any signatures on the page. Can I turn that off? I honestly really hate it.

Signatures load too slow upon opening PDF (20 signature pages)
When opening a large pdf, 130 pages or 4 MB, and it has 20 pages worth of signatures, the pdf takes a long time to open, not because of the size of the file, but because of the signatures. Not sure how it processes them, but the delay is significant. Is there a way to load all the signatures quicker ?

Add Dutch as supported language in Adobe Sign Dynamics integration
In Adobe Sign Dynamics integration, one can translate many labels and texts to Dutch, but main menu items can't be translated. This results in a silly user experience, since some menu labels and the entire Adobe Sign 'app' are only available in German, as this is the install language of the Dynamics environment we share with our German mother company.

ability to delete a single page from a template before sending
There are times where we need to remove a single page from a template before sending. However the ability to delete that page of the pdf is greyed out for some reason. We should be able to delete pages directly from adobesign rather than delete in pdf and reupload (another whole agreement being sent if through api...) Docusign allows it correctly.

Make it easier to prefill fields before sending
When trying to check off a checkbox or select a radio button, you need to do multiple clicks to get to customize to then figure out where the default value is in order to simply check off the selection. This should be more intuitive like with docusign, and allow either a single click or double click to select it. If we want to customize that already exists in the right click.
