  1. We need to be able to sign documents greater than 10GB, we were unable to sign our Corporation tax return and large legal agreements. It is not appropriate to only send the signature page (which we would need to purchase another Adobe product to delete the pages)

  2. I can copy/paste it in, but for some reason I can't enter the @ in the e-mail recipient field anymore. I don't have this problem anywhere else - and it's a relatively new thing that makes it a bit of a hazzle to use it.

  4. I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

  5. I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

  6. I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

  10. It's so slow to work with as compare to DocuSign and if I upload couple documents together it says files is too big. it's only 12 pages, very inconvenient.

    It should give the separe report for each pdf but when you attach multiple files in one signature then it create a combined file which is creates extra work to separate them or you have to send it individually which takes longer time and too many emails in the inbox and confuse me and my clients.

  11. When you sending a document for sign, insert the signature field, date filed, automatically in the document. or provide option to add them at the end of the document.

  12. Please add the last updated time to the last updated field on the Privacy page so people can easily identify the date and time of the agreements to delete. It is because it is quite difficult to identify the correct file to delete if users accidentally created the same file name with the same date but different time. Thank you.

  13. I want all admins on our account (four employees, small company) to be able to see what documents have been sent out for signature and which have been signed and returned, no matter who sent them out!

  15. Need option to send notifications to a cell phone number or to a email address other than the one used to send the sign request document to.

    Need the option to repeat notification more than once a day ... once a day is the smallest interval allowed for notifications. ... if the document needs to be signed before EOD then I may need to repeat the notification hourly......

  17. When using Adobe from a workgroup email. Adobe should allow notifications to go to that workgroup email.
    For example, we have 3 users who are connected to a workgroup email Compliance@agencyname.com (it's a shared inbox)
    We requested and CC'd signature requests to that email, but no notification was sent to that email address.

  18. I have had a number of issues where the third or fourth person allocated to sign an agreement have left and their emails are not accessible.
    I propose an option that the initiator of a document be permitted to change details of a party to sign without having to cancel the entire agreement and redo it, especially as this requires the first few to have to redo the agreement, and in some cases they are onerous to have to complete many fields again.

  19. You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.
