Open Link in New Tab
When a link is present that points to a location within the open PDF, or another PDF, right-click should offer the option to Open Link in New Tab. We are all accustomed to doing this in our browsers and it would be a great addition to Acrobat, especially helpful when bouncing back and forth between pages. Thanks.

It would be nice to have enhanced usability with kindle
With small devices being so common (kindle being my handheld of choice for reading) it would be very nice to have some sort of enhanced usability of a PDF for small devices. The typical page by page that looks good on a computer monitor is too small for handhelds, and while there are zoom features, that's not particularly user friendly. Some sort of self-scaling to refit smaller amounts of text per page, and typical page flipping would make PDFs much more useful on these small devices

Add a button to PDF Reader to open file in Acrobat DC Pro for editing
Opening a document in PDF Reader (via a web browser) is fine most of the time, but when I need to edit that document I must save it, close the reader, and re-open the document in Acrobat DC Pro. It would be helpful if there were a button in the reader to easily forward the file to DC Pro for editing.

Automatic comment from highlight without the enter letter inside each paragraph
When I use the function named Edit>Preferences>Commeting>Copy selected text into Highlight, Strikethrough and Underline comment pop-up, I can add the text from Highlight to Comment box. But the text is not normal. It has the enter letter, which broke the sentence. It also happen when you copy text and paste to somewhere, it has the enter letter. I try with other softwares, such as Foxit, Microsoft Edge... and they can do this. Please update!

Combine PDFs & Table of contents: bad design
- I need to combine multiple large files of different formats- pdfs, landscape + portrait, word files with multiple page breaks/sections; some landscape & portrait. I downloaded the trial wanting to try this out, willing to pay for a high quality product to get this job done right. I was disappointed after mere tests of a couple of small files the combine pdfs command crashes every time without fail.
- Mac OSX 10.12.5
- Easily compiled files into pdf and an option to create a test fortmat (not the bookmarks solution) table of contents easily after combining.

… /PAGELABEL pdfmark does not allow pdf encoding
In Distiller Pro XI 11.0.20 (28/03/2017), and in many earlier versions, pdfmark is inconsistent about whether strings should be plain ASCII or in the pdf encoding. In particular, “… /Title String /OUT pdfmark” can be in the PDF encoding, but “/Label String /PAGELABEL pdfmark” must be plain ASCII.

It should be very simple to add a fillable form to the end of a regular pdf. Currently this cannot be done.
I should be able to Combine or Organize a fillable pdf and a regular (non-filled) pdf. When I do, the regular pdf becomes fillable.

method to link text boxes to permit continuous entry by user
It should be simple to create a method by which two or more consecutive text boxes can be linked in a chain. This would allow a user to continue typing from the end of one line onto the next without having to hit Tab or click into the subsequent box. In other words, continuous entry.
The closest option to this that exists at present is Multiline, but that is useful only for text areas that completely align from left to right. That, of course, is not always the case with real-world forms, and it seems time for a more advanced…

BUG - Modal at Bottom of Form Duplicates Itself Constantly
Zoom in to 300 (might also occur more or less but figuring out the exact steps to duplicate this takes a lot of time even though I accidentally cause it to happen all of the time). Start clicking on the horizontal scroll bar arrows multiple times, or hold/scroll with the actual horizontal scroll bar and eventually this will happen. I think something is triggering it to scroll in both directions... maybe something with the mouse causes it to also scroll vertically... but adobe will render up to three modals (from what I've seen) and then sometimes two of them stay…

Word mailmerge - pdf and email
Yesterday in word we selected mailmerge and pdf and email. It emailed to our full list of over 500. Today we are sending to a new list of about 20 and following the same steps and it's now only sending to one person on the list! Please help as we still have a lot of people to send to and don't want to do this individually.

Adobe is full of cr...p. India told me you had 24 hour tech support, not even close.
My idea is Adobe shouldn't send me out of the country to be told I get 24 hour tech support, then sell me a product which is not user friendly.

Possible Bug
When creating a text field, under the General tab, where the Form Field is set to "Visible", if under the Format tab you enter the following custom script (for example):

}Saving the PDF apparently corrupts the file in some way where when you attempt to re-open it, it causes Acrobat to crash and the pdf is unrecoverable. When the Form Field is set to "Visible but doesn't print" no error occurs.

Split pages
When you split pages, there is an option "Output Options". It would be nice to have more possibilities to choose.
For example a preview how the title of the document looks like after the splitting (Bridge has an option like this when you choose "Batch Rename") .
Additionally it would be nice to have an option for choosing the number of digits. At the moment it looks like this after splitting:

Acrobat X crashes when trying to update. Will also crash when using the arrow keys. Mac OS X 10.2 (Sierra).
I'd like to see this bug addressed. It is on this site since 2011 and it is STILL an issue. Is Adobe listening?

Enable the insertion of tables into headers/footers.
Our corporate forms have a fixed format of a table of information in the header and a different one in the footer. We were trying to migrate to Adobe Acrobat for the forms but that can't be done. Instead we have to stick with Microsoft Word for the forms. The Adobe Acrobat header/footer options are increibly limited.

Extract Pages from pdf in Reader
I work in a government entity that is moving very quickly to only online document management including sending/receiving documents only online.
My coworker needed to extract only two pages from a 200+ page pdf that is uploaded to an online document management system. She and the other analysts have only Reader and do not have Adobe PDF Printer installed. I've no doubt this is a budget-driven scenario.
