Hello,
This morning, I saved a Word doc as a PDF. 30 seconds later, I tried to do the same thing, and this error message popped up: “Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or has not been activated.”
I thought i would reenter the message as it appears.

Yep... all the usual stuff... close down computer and full reboot..
...did a full restart and now everything works again. So I\ve just wasted an hour figuring this out... doing all the restarts and posting panic emails because I need this tomorrow...
Embarrassing stuff that we shouldn't have to go through... and never had to in last 15 years in THIS workflow. Only my experience with general computing gave me the solution.
First time for everything....

Yeah well... I\ve now managed to get the Acrobat Menu reinstated but every time I try to "save" as a PDF using the Acrobat menu I get the message "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not bene activated."
yeah right... it's a circular argument in that it's already 'activated' and I have the latest versions of EVERYTHING...
WTF...?
