Open captions bug
When exporting a movie to Encode with Open Captions the captions disappear. I am following the correct export procedure and my OS is up to date along with the latest version of CC. This is a long standing bug. Can you please fix it?

Thanks for informing us. This forum is for the Product Acrobat. Your issue is about Creative Cloud. Please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html and choose Creative Cloud from the dropdown to report the issue to the right team.
