Product is a total pile of ****. Why do I have to wait "while the document is being prepared"? Is it unprepared. Fix it.
Go out of business. You products suck. Every "upgrade" is a downgrade.

I have paid for this product twice over the 2016 8-4-17 year. one for my laptop and the other for my tablet and yall are still asking for money. i will contact direct express and get copies of my receipts, because paid for it with my ss benefits, and feel like i am being robbed without a gun!
