I have quit Adobe Acrobat Pro DC many times and it has not worked. the font is installed in my Windows system (i use it in Word) but Adobe does not recognize it. Any way to get it to recognize the font?

I am also trying to figure out how to add Lato Light font to a document, but everytime I make an edit, the font changes back. I have downloaded the new font, although don't see how to upload it into my PDF editor software. Please help! Thank you

Hello: I have tried installing a custom font on my system, shutting down, relaunching Acrobat (I'm using Windows 10 and creative cloud apps) and Acrobat and Indesign still won't find it. The font is on the system as I can find it in Office docs. Any ideas how I can get the apps to recognise the font?

For that to work, you will need the original font file. To install the font:

After installing the font, relaunch Acrobat. You should be able to use the installed font in Acrobat after relaunch.

For editing to work, the font referenced must be present on the system.
