Acrobat wizard to modify users needing to sign in when using a licensed version of Acrobat

make it so that users that have a licensed offline version of Acrobat do not need to sign in

why must we create a wizard to disable sign in ... I hope Adobe will just remove this!!! we have paid for a site license already.... this cost us LOTS of time and money to keep reinstalling it as well as upsetting our users who have work to do.
