Send & Track Feature is not working to create a link and all links created previously are failing. Error: Internal Server Error. An error occurred while connecting to service. Please try again later.

i have an active subscription to send & track but can't seem to get it integrated into either Outlook or Acrobat DC.
what do i do to get this working. it's an excellent feature that i have used for years.
how do I track sent files?

I believe my issue may be related. Every time I launch Acrobat I get a popup notification that some random server is missing. It seems to slow my app performance also as it must be searching for this random server. The popup window shows itself regularly. I have to quickly do what I need then quit out of Acrobat so not to slow my system performance. I don't if any of you believe this is related or have experienced something similar but would appreciate any helpful advice or feedback. Thank you!

My error is " One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again" This has happened with several different files.

Thanks for posting the query. Can you help us with the following queries-
1. Are you still facing the issue? If Yes, can you share a video performing the Create Link workflow which shows the error "Internal Server Error. An error occurred while connecting to service. Please try again later."
2. Can you also share your Operating Systems details like version, etc to help us reproduce the issues at our end. Also please do mention if you are using any specified environment like Citrix, etc.
