Acrobat 9 was great. Pro DC isn't, and you can't purchase the version 9. For efficiency I always learn keystroke sequences and those are all gone and every move is a painful mouse move. You bastards.

Acrobat DC may be the worst piece of software I have ever purchased. It is so bad that I have everyone in my company using the reader so we can at least view a PDF. DC constantly runs slowly if it runs at all and mostly just hangs up and stops working completely. When inserting pages you can only insert one time before the programs crashes. Acrobat has always had bugs, but it is simply unusable now.

Your product is overpriced for what it does. It is really nothing more than a watered down wordprocessing software. I just lost a bunch of edits I made with an editable PDF in reader. Twice. Before I realized that despite being an editable PDF I can't save because you took the feature out. Now I can't even buy a version without getting locked into a multi-hundred dollar purchase or a lease of the software.

I have had ENOUGH with Adobe ... from their products to their LOUSY customer service who either tells you they can’t assist or are bumbling morons. I purchased Adobe Pro DC in April to create forms, edit PDF’s, etc. I have been working all weekend to get ready for a government assessment and when I thought I was in DC Pro, it was actually Reader. I logged into the DC Pro account to continue working but a message kept popping up telling me I did not have such a subscription. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I went into my account to confirm it was still valid - until April 2019 - but no matter how many **** times I logged in and out and tried to convert a file to edit I received the same stupid error. SOOO DONE! I have now purchased from a competitor with the same options for almost half the price with great reviews. I am now a customer of iskysoft and there will be NO looking back! Who has time for Adobe’s shenanigans, arrogance, and disrespect toward long-time loyal customers. Adobe, I hate to beak it to you but you are no longer the only game in town. GOOD RIDDANCE! TTTTHHHHBBBBTTTTTTTT!

Instead of adding all the new products to Adobe CC why don't the Adobe folks work on making the basics work without freezing and/or crashing everyone's computers

Your apps just gets worse and more buggy for every year. Time for Davinci or others to take over from here. You just doesnt seem to care for your customers at all.

Adding a file to existing document is a nightmare, tools bars not a left pane drag and drop does not work.

My comments are for the PRO DC product - terrible, horrible, ridiculous! A lot of my job requires redaction of documents to answer public records requests. I also need to combine and break apart pdf files and this product adds many steps to tasks that used to be available from a simple pull-down menu. Now I have to look through a bunch of icons, none of which include redaction, or inserting pages/files. And then there are more steps to get through the redaction or changing pages in the file. I used to do IT support and our first responsibility was to our users, our customers. Too bad it seems the development team for this product didn't bother to actually test it on people who need to do a job. Instead, it seems they were more involved with finding cute icons for tasks that have nothing to do with real-world work!

****, Adobe! How can a company let such an awful product out the door!!! You should fire the team that designed Adobe Reader DC because they sure as **** don't seem to have bothered asking real users to test it before releasing it or, for that matter, testing it themselves! I wasted four days trying to get multiple forms in one workbook, and it just can't be done with this exceedingly poorly designed tool.

its just terrible ... many useful functions are hidden behind numerous un-intuitive clicks ... it leaves you stranded in some inept view where you cant get back to the document easily.... a total disaster

Why would you change the application so drastically? What was relatively user friendly is no longer user friendly. If you wanted to make your program complicated, you have succeeded. Other comments here sum it up perfectly - you fixed what wasn't broken; was intuitive and easy. Pretty much sucks. I hope you are reading these comments and provide an update to DC so that it actually works!

You can't highlight things. Someone got all excited about a bunch of features no one uses because they thought it was cool.

Good lord - talk about mucking up a perfectly good PDF editor! The old interface was intuitive and easy whereas I need to search the web for simple functionality issues - like creating signature boxes or finding editing or markup tools. If the Acrobat developers are truly listening, you fixed what wasn't broke - you've created a vacuum for competition for your product.

Acrobat pro is a joke. No send for signature functionality UNLESS you subscribe to their Doc Cloud. Well, you are going to railroad Corporate users into using Adobe Document Cloud? Really? You are going to host our policies and procedures, and our signatures? On your servers? Yeah - I think not! What a joke. This company used to be really great; not anymore.

Adobe Pro continually crashes when I am trying to highlight a document. The free "dumb" version was better.

I have to Google instructions for things as simple as "How do I rotate a page?" It's frustrating when I'm trying to get work done and I have to stop and get another tutorial for Acrobat Pro DC.

Why can you no not edit, move, or remove checks or x's in the fill and sign feature. I think it's ridiculous to have to redownload a file and spend another 15 minutes filling out a form for a misplaced check.
