Adobe really SUCKS

It's really horrendous. Takes FOREVER to load, I can't make Acrobat DC my default so i keep wasting time trying to open a document i want to edit only to find it's opened in Reader, which I can't delete, and does a terrible and unreliable job converting PDF to any other format. Batch will crash if there's a bad file too, causing overnight processes to just fail. Finally had to open every one of thousands of files manually and extract the data i need, then clean manually. HORRIBLE
And sometimes I just want ONE table exported to Excel. why do i have to convert the entire file, which might have hundreds of pages? AWFUL

I have a fiber connection and a very fast computer: it's one hour and 13 minutes that I am trying to install it. it is currently at "45.2%"> During registration and download I received all kinds of errors, had to restart the PC, google the code error, install a proprietary Adobe unistaller, restart again, the desktop is now flickering , log in was not working with SMS verification code, I cannot find my language, and I didn't even get to open the app yet. It is the worst user experience I had with a paid software ever. I will cancel ASAP my subscription. What a disaster, it is just incredible.

Deleted this abominable POS and am never coming back. Talk about a company and product that needs to be disrupted into oblivion.

Agree 110%
Editing any document is a futile exercise in testing your patience. How is this still such a miserable experience at the end of 2019?

WHY IS THERE NO REDO FUNCTION?!?! ctrl+z works but accidentally hit it too many times and nothing happens when you hit ctrl+y. So glad I found other software to measure drawings on!!

Why does highlighting and commenting count as editing? I'm trying to highlight and comment on contract that is a locked pdf. I understand why I'm not able to edit the text, but why can't I go through and highlight the important sections of the contract!!

I just have no idea what the UX design team was thinking other than "rather than making this intuitive and work like every other software on the market that people use every day, let's change the entire thing. Cut and Paste pages from one doc into another? Who would possibly want that? I'd recommend going back to the basics folks, just make it EASY, don't overthink it.

what did you do to this program????????? I used this program from day 1 and it was great. I have this new PRO DC program and I can't do a simple task.... I look at blueprints all day. I need to take select a portion of the blueprint and print.... used to be easy.... select tool-right click-print. HOW DO I DO THIS NOW? WAS ON CHAT WITH ADOBE FOR AN HOUR AND THOUGHT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT TO DO - WAY MORE COMPLICATED AND MORE STEPS... STUPID. NOW I TRIED TO DO AND CAN'T FIND CROP TOOL.... READY TO GO HOME AND GET MY OLD XP COMPUTER THAT WORKS THE BEST.... UGGGGGGGH

ADOBE Pro DC is a huge step back for a program which used to be great.
I agree with the comments below.
This program is an abomination!

It really sucks. Compared to Adobe Acrobat Professional is a nightmare. This is an example of how to bust a good piece of software

Totally agree with what everyone says in here. The ******** software doesn't come with basic 'Find and Replace All', **** around just to add a logo to the header. I'm cancelling - not worth the cost. Adobe owes me money for wasting my time trying to do simple stuff

WOW - ditto all the negative comments below. What a waste of time. And money. How is this product still in business?

I've been using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for years. My company buys it, so I don't care about the cost.
But I really do care about how anti-productivity it is.It's awful! It hangs and freezes and is "not responding" all the time. It is by far among the worst programs around.
I want to be clear -- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC it is such a waste of my time because I have to regularly wait for it to unfreeze -- it sucks so badly that I took precious time out of my day to come here and write this comment.

Adobe Acrobat DC subscription among other things is for the birds. Who the **** came up with this stupid idea. I think the government and supporting companies need to rethink pullback from ADOBE and find another format for documents.

For a company that originated in innovation and useful software it is disappointing to watch their obviously intentional suicide!

I have an idea. Why don't you make Adobe Acrobat DC work and function like the rest of the suite. This is the biggest piece of **** software package I have seen. I cringe every time I have to do something with it.
