Bug report: In Acrobat Pro DC, PDF size reduction hangs app

In Acrobat Pro DC, I try to reduce the size of a PDF file and Acrobat hangs. I have to Force Quit Acrobat. The PDF was originally an export from InDesign CC.

Thanks lee for reporting. We are also trying to reproduce the issue on our end, meanwhile it would be great if you can attach the indesign CC file.

    I have a ZIP-compressed package of the InDesign file. I don;'t see how I can attach a file via posting to this thread. Please explain how to do so.

    I have an additional file in which I have isolated the cause of the problem to the final letter "x" that was added at the end of the text in the Indesign CC file.. I will try to see if I can attach that file
