BUG: Protected View Acrobat DC 2015 fails, IE Enhanced Protected Mode
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Cleanly install Windows 7 from good media
2) Install Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006.30355
3) Set Protected View to All Files
4) Check the box for Enable Enhanced Security
5) Observe how Protected View works in the Internet Explorer browser as shown in the below screen shot "protected view works".
6) Turn on Internet Explorer's Enhanced Protected Mode
7) Observe how protected view does not activate in the browser, as shown in the below screen shot "protected view fails".
Observed on Windows 7 with Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006.30355
and
Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006.30394
Expected Result:
Protected View works for 32 bit and 64 bit implementations of Internet Explorer.
Observed Result:
Protected View only works when IE Enhanced Protected Mode is turned off and the browser is in 32 bit mode.
Relevant Additional Information:
After uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with no other changes, Protected View works as expected in IE Enhanced Protected Mode. Uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro DC causes the problem to return.

Hi,
In case of Acrobat, with Enhanced Protected Mode enabled, any PDF in IE always opens in Protected View mode irrespective of what setting is there in Acrobat preferences. So the PDF in "protected view fails" case is also opened in Protected View. It's the same security as that which protected view provides.
Security model and behavior with browser is a little different in case of reader and that's why you can see the yellow bar there too.
