To HIDE page thumbnails every time I open a pdf
Please set up a layout feature where I could choose if I want page thumbnails to be open every time I work with a pdf file. In fact, I prefer to hide page thumbnails pane when I open pdf documents. If want to use this pane, I can always click on the left arrow.

This was posted 5 years ago, would love if this feature was added. All the help answers to this tell you how to close it on an individual page. I want, on launch for any PDF ever, to NEVER see the page thumbnails. It's really silly that there isn't an option to permanently disable page thumbnails already!

Hi, please consider adding an option that asks, do you want to see page thumbnails before showing them. I usually work with single page pdfs and would rather click No than Exit.

Very good point. I agree. It is also useless if you have only 1 page document!
