can only replace one at a time, how does Replace All work?

Hi,
Could you elaborate on the problem you are facing and exact steps to reproduce the problem?

For example, find the word Bilal and replace it with Mr. Ansari. In DC, you have to do that one click at a time. There are 10,000 "Bilal" so I would have to click 10,000 times to replace the word. Need a Replace All option please.
