unable to print any pdfs to printers

I'm unable to print any pdf files from Acrobat DC to the local network printers. I receive errors: "the document could not be printed" and "an error occurred while printing the document". I am able to print to the printers from other programs. I've been able to print pdfs from Acrobat DC to printers in the past.

    Same. Using Mozilla Firefox. Adobe freezes; gotta go to Task Manager to end task. Annoying.

    We're having this problem too. Ends up printing out a blank page as well.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this issue. It would be really helpful if you could provide the following details:
    1. Printer driver and model
    2. Acrobat version and track
    3. PDF document that you are trying to print
    4. Is this issue reproducible with other PDF documents as well?
