I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 when scanning from an HP Color LaserJet MFP M479fdw. It seems to crash when Acrobat is in the 'recognizing text' phase. Loses the whole document and I have to scan again. Frequently, when I try scanning the same document again, it crashes a second time. It must be that some characters/images can break the recognizing text feature and cause the program to crash.
