Turn off floating toolbar
The Top Toolbars can be turned on and off using F8 and F9, but how do I turn off the pop-up floating toolbar. I don't need two copies of the toolbar on screen

The floating toolbar is still/again an issue. I'm not using the newest version of Adobe because I don't like it. Everything was fine until last week when the floating toolbar appeared. It's constantly in the way as I edit documents now and the icon that used to be in the corner to merge it with the upper toolbar is no longer there. F8 isn't helpful either. I used to love Adobe but editing PDFs in Adobe is now an exercise in frustration.

Yes, clicking the last icon makes the floating toolbar disappear, but it also leaves the Read Mode. As soon as I enter the Read Mode again, the floating toolbar returns and keeps obstructing the text.

I have to move the toolbar to read the document and I can't figure out how to place the floating toolbar in the top or right. Really "strange" design.

Nobody needs to hear the profanity I'm thinking about this feature, but it is so annoying I intend to use another product.
Here's what I was going to post before I saw the option to search feature requests:
allow user to prevent popup toolbar from appearing (either in preferences or "view" menu)lol wait - I see a response by Arpit Agrawal - will investigate - oops no, that's not good. I don't want to use screen real estate like that

HI Philip,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can dock this in above toolbar by clicking the last icon in the floating bar. Once done it will be sustained for future launches. I hope this addresses your concern.
