Acrobat tab in MS Word fails to complete PDF export in MAC
I have a Mac and a PC, both with Acrobat DC Pro, both with MS Word 2016, both on same enterprise account. When I use the Acrobat tab to export a PDF from Word, it works on the PC and fails on the Mac. On the Mac, Acrobat DC Pro will start to launch, then it warns me I need to be connected to the internet and signed in (I am both). I have tried with and without Creative Cloud running and signed in.

Hi Sarah,
Are you facing this issue only while exporting PDF to word or is it coming for any other operations like editing, or exporting to any other formats ?
Also, can you please provide us the details of the following:
1. Acrobat Version - Please share the screenshot of the Acrobat version screen
Go to Acrobat Pro DC -> About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ... and take a screenshot
