Hi Glenn
Since your issue is document specific and we are not able to reproduce this at our end, we cannot help much here without any sample test file. So we are closing the case from our end. Please reopen a new case, if you have a test file which you can share with us.
Thanks
Tanvi

Tanvi, the document is proprietary and I'm not willing to share it. I've simply gone with a competing product and it's working just fine.
Thank you,

Hi Glenn
Since this issue is happening for a specific Word file, we won't be able to help much without the source document. If possible, can you remove all the sensitive data and then share the test file with us?
Thanks

Tanvi,
1. No, I'm not willing to share the file.
2. I only use PDFMaker in MS Word for this document.
3. I am using default settings for PDFMaker.
