Adobe Acrobat DC wont open, keeps asking for login
And it goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, there is no way to make this software to run.
OSX Mojave, 10.14.5
Ravi why do you automatically assume this is on a mac...this problem persists everywhere
Is it happening for Acrobat only and other Adobe products are working fine ?
Please check if you have read and write permissions on below folders
a. /Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
b. /Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
Could you please run the Adobe's log collector tool available at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and send us the logs to debug the issue.
