Remove the 'Home', 'Tools', 'Document' buttons.
Again, these buttons seem to me that they belong on the main tool bar, instead of wasting tons of space on the 'customizable' quick access tool bar. Why are they there? i don't know.
It seems to me, that adobe has a lot of programmers with ideas, but no adobe test users, to let them know, whether the idea is good or bad.
Adobe: please don't rely on us, the general user, to give you feedback to do that job for you. We all have work to do, and want to get it done fairly quickly. We don't want to end up frustrated with new additions, that ended up being a bad idea. Thanks.

These buttons were added post-Acrobat X in the overhaul of Acrobat's UI. This is not better for some Pro users who have customized the toolbar with many tools. If there are too many tools on the quick tools bar, they get lumped into the dreaded 3-dot icon, and that's really compounded when working on a monitor with portrait orientation. Further exacerbating the issue is how spaced-apart the icons are now (wider). A workaround could be to allow the toolbar to run into two rows (as it was before in X).
Related to this is the "+ Share" blue button on the righthand side, and "Document" which is entirely useless when one has enabled separate windows for documents rather than tabs.
Acrobat needs to understand that Acrobat Pro users are not Acrobat Reader users, and the UI should reflect those separate markets. Acrobat should think of Pro users more like developers/coders who dislike much of the button-based UI and ensure (1) screen real estate is carefully evaluated (2) keyboard navigation and use is maximized, and (3) customization options are prevalent for each.

Yes, kindly move the "Home", "Tools" and "Documents" buttons to the menubar, where there is ample space doing nothing (please see the attached image to see what I am suggesting)!
This will create more space for the workspace.
